Every Child Deserves a Place to Belong

Earthora Orchard Living Services provides licensed, family-style homes for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities across Culpeper and the surrounding counties.

What We Do

Earthora Orchard Living Services is a licensed Virginia agency providing DD Sponsored Residential Home Services for children and adolescents. Rather than placing children in a group home or institution, we recruit, train, and support certified Sponsor Families who open their own homes to a child who needs one — giving that child the stability, warmth, and structure of real family life.

Family-Style Homes

Children live in real homes with real families, not institutions — no more than one or two children per home.

Trained & Supported Families

Every Sponsor Family completes full training at no cost and receives weekly supervision from our clinical team.

Licensed & Regulated

We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS).

Who We Serve

Matched with care, not by chance

Why Sponsored Residential Care?

Children thrive in real homes, not institutions. Here’s what makes our model different:

How It Works

How a Placement Works

Step One

Referral & Intake

A case manager, DSS worker, or placement agency refers a child, and we learn about their needs and history.

Step Two

Careful Matching

We match the child with a qualified, trained Sponsor Family based on needs, personality, and compatibility.

Step Three

Placement & Transition

Our team supports the child’s move into the home with an individualized service plan from day one.

Step Four

Ongoing Support

Weekly check-ins, clinical supervision, and hands-on support continue for as long as the placement lasts.
